I needed a break from the other pictures I'm working on, so here's an Applejack portrait :D I think I might actually do a portrait for each of the other Mane Six as well, along with some background ponies maybe ;)

I have to say, I'm pretty happy with this one.

There was an accident with a white gel-pen. And said white gel-pen exploded all over part of the picture. I tried to cover over it the best I could...



Prismacolors on 9"x12" bristol board with solvent washes.

I am unable to tell that there was a gel pen accident, you did a perfect job of fixing it

also, a traditional artist that does coloured drawings - we don't see many of those. you're pretty unique

I HONESTLY think this is a great portrait of Applejack. It has what needs tobe there for it to be joyful and nice ^^ plus the simple background had the right color ^^
